2009-2012

 According to the constitution and by-laws of the Maryland Crime Prevention Association Inc. the election of officers was held on December 16, 2008.  The elections were held during the last general business meeting of the year at the Maryland Community Crime Prevention Institute located in Sykesville Maryland.

The following results are based upon the election outcome:

President 
Ronald Schwartz, Major, Baltimore County Police Department

1^st Vice-President 
Paul Ciepiela, Detective, Baltimore County Police Department

2^nd Vice-President
R. Gary Hofmann, Sheriff Elect, Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office

3^rd Vice-President
Bruce Lohr, Corporal, Howard County Police Department, (Ret)

Treasurer
Melody Ciepiela, President, PMC Management Services Group

It should be noted that each of the incumbent MCPA Officers ran unopposed and were therefore re-elected to office until 2011. Election results are on file at Maryland Crime Prevention Association Inc.
