The MCPA is converting from the US Postal Service to an E-mailing system. All training announcements and correspondence will be initiated via E-mails.

If you wish to continue to receive MCPA training announcements and related information you must sign up by accessing the MCPA e-mailing service.

What if you don't have an email address?

If you do not have E-mail and you wish to receive MCPA training announcements and related MCPA information, please send a letter requesting same to:
