Pat Sill

Biography

Patricia (Pat) Sill is Administrator of the Maryland Community Crime Prevention Institute (MCCPI) of the Police and Correctional Training Commissions, Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, and has served in that capacity since MCCPI was established in 1989. Prior to that appointment, Pat spent eleven years with the Maryland Crime Watch Program, serving as a Program Assistant, Planner, and ultimately heading the Program as Coordinator.

During her crime prevention career, Pat has been involved in the planning, coordination, and facilitation of dozens of crime prevention training programs and events throughout Maryland. She has also been active at the national level as a member of both the Conference Planning Committee and Steering Committee of the National Crime Prevention Council, and as MCCPI representative on the Crime Prevention Coalition of America. Pat is the Chairperson of the Maryland Community Crime Prevention Institute Steering Committee and Ex Officio member of the Maryland Crime Prevention Association Executive Board. She currently serves on the Mid-Atlantic Community Policing Institute Partnership Advisory Board and the Maryland Triad/SALT Council.
